By accessing or using Tripbyclip (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tripbyclip is a web-based travel discovery service that allows you to:

• •Click on any location on an interactive map to instantly retrieve place details (name, address, rating, opening hours) via the Google Places API.
• •View automatically matched YouTube travel videos related to clicked places, selected by AI relevance scoring.
• •Browse results in your preferred language from among the ten supported languages.

The Service operates automatically — place information and video matching are performed in real time without manual editorial curation. Results are cached to improve performance; cached data may be up to 90 days old.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

• •Accuracy of place information: Place details (addresses, ratings, opening hours, etc.) are retrieved from the Google Places API and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. We make no guarantee regarding their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify critical information directly with the establishment before visiting.
• •Accuracy of video content: YouTube videos displayed by the Service are matched automatically using AI relevance scoring. We do not review or endorse the content of any video. Videos may not accurately represent the associated location. Tripbyclip is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party video content.
• •Third-party services: The Service depends on Google Maps Platform, YouTube Data API, Firebase, and OpenAI APIs. We are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes in these third-party services that may affect the functionality of Tripbyclip.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tripbyclip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on inaccurate place information, unavailable videos, or service interruptions.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service. Map YouTube Travel may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, API quota limits, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

6. Age Restrictions

There is no minimum age requirement to use Tripbyclip for general browsing. The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Video content displayed through the YouTube API is subject to YouTube’s own content policies and age restrictions, which are enforced by YouTube independently of this Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All place data is provided by Google Places API and subject to Google’s terms of service. All videos are hosted and owned by their respective YouTube channel creators and are subject to YouTube’s terms of service. Tripbyclip does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed through the Service.

8. Advertising and Affiliate Links

The Service may display sponsored or affiliate advertisements, clearly labeled as “Ad” or “Sponsored.” These links lead to third-party websites over which we have no control, and we may earn a commission from purchases or actions you complete on those sites. The display of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of the advertised product or service. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser, and Tripbyclip is not responsible for the products, services, content, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
